The staff was helpful, especially the valet and room service. The rooms were surprisingly large for a hotel close to times square. I also enjoyed the variety of cocktails available to relax. It has great potential.

Sincerely, it was a fairly nice stay on vacation. The superior queen room was immaculate and fabulous with comfy beds and a couch, for instance. The location was fantastic and brilliant - just 5 minutes' walk from Times Square.

The bed in the superior room was a dream!
The windows were not very well soundproofed, so the rooms are a little louder on the lower floors.

The room was well-appointed with ample USB and power outlets next to the bed, essential for charging devices. The staff was attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. The bar and lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a long day, although service at busy times could be improved.

the room was very tidy
there was only expensive Wi-Fi in the room. We were glad not to have booked breakfast (too overpriced)

The location of the hotel: Right between 5th and 6th Avenue. You can reach everything on foot. The food is good - even if the price is very high. If you want to have a cheaper breakfast etc, you will find a diner diagonally across the street (big offer in the morning/afternoon/evening; but not much to expect in terms of taste; it's just okay). The whole hotel is newly furnished. The employees are all very friendly and helpful
The rooms are rather NY-typically 'big enough'. Nevertheless, the space can be better used: There are simply no wardrobes. Too much money collection at the business center: If you want to print something (tickets etc), you pay $6 per 15 minutes for the internet - plus for each printed page. This can also be done more service-friendly

Had a productive stay while I was in town for a business trip. The room was spacious with ample power outlets, which made charging my devices convenient. I appreciated the clean and modern decor, and the staff were attentive throughout my stay. The bar area was a nice spot to unwind after a long day, even though the service was a bit slow during peak times.

Despite the very central location of the hotel, no traffic noise can be heard in the rooms. The beds are also very comfortable. Especially good was the shower, which had a good water pressure and delivered warm water at all times.
Something disturbed us that the hotel bar was not served in the afternoon. Before our departure we would have liked to have a little refreshment, but we could not get anything but ice water.

The hotel has a fantastic location near major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. I enjoyed the beautifully designed room, which was spacious and well-equipped. However, the lifts were very small, and I encountered some maintenance issues during my stay that needed attention.

The location of the accommodation was perfect. We had a room on the ninth floor to the courtyard and it was totally quiet. Beautifully furnished room with nice seating and enough sockets. High-quality products in the bathroom and a very well functioning shower. The hotel itself is very special and you'd thinks it is rather a restaurant/bar concept, the reception is very hidden in a niche. During the week there is a lot going on in the bar. We enjoyed it, but you have to be aware of it.
Almost $15 per day for the Internet is no longer up to date, but on the other hand we had extremely fast and stable Internet.
